With 30+ years of experience in sales and sales management, I know firsthand what it takes to build, manage, and expand any business’s Sales and Marketing to increase markets, profits, & revenues rapidly.
I bring my experience of direct selling, making mistakes, and then figuring out how to do better to every coaching client. 
Having achieved success in every arena I’ve sold to or for, including: Private Sector, Public Sector, Silicon Valley Start-ups, to Fortune 100s, in industries ranging from Enterprise Software & Services, Real Estate, Insurance, & Financial Services.  

Cybersecurity was a word that hardly anyone thought about in 2002 when I took a leap of faith and joined a Cyber-Security startup. My job was to initiate the sales process and to build a team where there was nothing – nada. We were pre-revenue (as people say in the industry) and had yet to sell anything to anyone — just yet.

I closed our first sale in 2002, and by 2007, we had built a sales team that achieved $100M in revenue. Our sales success fueled a hugely successful IPO. (Silicon Valley’s only IPO in 2008)
The rest of the story is that 18 months later, in 2010, Hewlett Packard acquired the publicly trading ARST for $1.7B.
Now, I coach entrepreneurs, executives, and their sales teams to accelerate selling results, while also creating their dream lifestyles.
